Dense, to be fair, I suspect you missed a recent post from Devil's Advocate on this thread.
I was very surprised to see him posting and as I said on that thread, it explodes my theory that Dumb Ass was Hawkeye (unless the news of Hawkeye's passing was also fake news?)
I suppose the other alternative is that someone else has got Dumb Ass's login credentials because I must say, it does seem a bit out of character for him not to be ripping into me for my mistake . . . but I really don't know and I'm not making any more guesses on this one. I'm taking it on face value that it's the real Dumb Ass and I'm very glad he's not dead.
That's why Sebastian/generaltito brought it up here. I don't think he was being disrespectful to the dead.

You're right I did miss DA's recent posting.....tx.
But let's try and make sense by starting with what is known and how the confusion has come about.
Firstly Hawkeye has passed of that there is no doubt and you can read the condolences on Supersupporter.
Secondly, it was Ceradayne who brought Hawkeye's passing to this forum and he was the one who said that DA was Hawkeye and he also said that Hawkeye posted on here under two different aliases. Apparently, they privately corresponded. I remember second-guessing the other nick and it was Blokbok who commended Ceradayne for not disclosing his second nick.
I don't know if Hawkeye was DA, I'm just going by what Ceradayne posted on here so if anyone needs to clear up the confusion then it's Ceradayne.
If I need to apologise to DA then I will.

As for the speculations, speculate all you like but please keep me out of it! Should you find it necessary to speak to me, address me directly and some mole is sure to alert me at some stage.
As for user names - How stupid? Hawkeye is FalkeAuge just a different language and I am James Hunt so there too is no mystery even if one would dearly wish for one..Kamp SS has a facility where you can change the display name - without changing the user log or ID, but I suppose that fact is also not within the suited agenda so we bend the truth a bit so Kamp SS can look more menacing.. LOL

I had no idea that you two had even gone away, but clearly it has not impacted at all on how polite you are to me in your posts, LMAO.
I missed the banter that I had with everyone on the board, no doubt.
In all honesty, a big career move happened, but I also had a very challenging year, health wise, which started at the beginning of the year and hopefully ended in September
It is what it is, but time will tell
