You know, when we were losing the game and being completely outplayed? Are we still getting excited about gimmicks that flummoxed an Italian B side? Ooh, the Doctor, so clever, in your heaaaaad, in your heeaaaad.

Yeah, we needed that beatdown. Supporters needed it, and above all the coaching staff needed it.

That was brilliant, the perfect play at that point of the game. No doubt Dr Lucky signaled that was the moment.

One thing this also underlined is it’s madness to take your captain off the field at the half. Sure we all know Kolisi is clueless, but this was the kind of the game that needed the real captain’s input. A few years ago Vermeulen, the real captain, would have m pulled the manne together.

Kolisi was playing well too. To me that signals a "we got this in the bag" attitude with the game far from in the bag. Replacements can bring momentum, but can also disrupt. I don't see any good reason for Kolisi to be replaced at that point.

But we've talked about the half a game captaincy before. It remains a strange thing.

I made that observation to the group watching the game. Kolisi was having a good test…43 metres/ 3 defenders beaten/a clean break and an offload. He also made all 5 tackles.

All of a sudden it feels very much like the days when Coetzee was still the coach…..Dr.Lucky Must be spinning. His team and his tactics, just went thru the washing machine and got fucked up!

I am personally really worried that this might be the beginning of a downward spiral. Dr.Lucky has been out coached and our team ( more like a bunch of af Kop Hoenders) totally outplayed!

Dr.Lucky,s red light is flashing very brightly. We need more Young players, especially at lock and flank. Our defence also needs a desperate tune up!!
