The new guy from Mpumulanga or thereabouts, was he even on the pitch. 

I saw him once when the game was stopped. He looketd like he was in a bit of pain. He looks like one of those tall people that allways get back problems.


Was he injured earlier or is he a clone of Pierre Spies- only involved when the game stops and the camera is around.


He is bigger than PSTD

He is not a bad player, it was his S15 debut......his SA rugby stat has him as 138kg.....he is a big lump.

 

He played well for the Pumas last year.......with Lewies and Botha out injured, the Sharks are a little thin at lock.

 

When Lewies is back......he and PSDT will be a good pair. I rate Lewies

He did some really good work in tight phases - but was obviously of limited use.

Giant Mtyanda or something to that effect. I remember seeing him playing for the Lions U21 side and wondered for years thereafter where he had disappeared to as he looked useful then and given the SA politics, here we had a big physical black guy who seemed to fall through the net......never made sense to me and now approaching 30 he is suddenly recognised......makes no sense at all.

 Same sort of thing that has happened to Luther Obi who I thought looked a more rounded player than Senatla in the 2013 JWC

He's had a bit of a chequered career...started with the Mighty Elephants, was the Golden Lions under 21, then went to George to play for the SWD Eagles...was incidentally chosen to play for SA Presidents XV...the Tbsilisi Cup against the Georgian National side...ended up in Puma's prior to Currie Cup entry...now on loan to the Sharks.

To echo Saffex's remark it is indeed strange...he is huge and obviously has rugby playing talent and yes @ 30 long overdue...I also fail to see the logic in this...a bit of hypocracy maybe?
