As usual, there were lots of strong contenders.
Jessie Kriel- for his missed tackle that allowed Japan to beat the Springboks.
Fat Alberts- for loafing around with minor injuries taking up space in the squad.
Meyer for his backward progression from 15 man rugby to 10 man rugby.
Schalk for playing flyhalf for most of the season- but no longer even offloading. Instructions by Meyer no doubt.
Pieter Stephanie Dutoit nonperformance at the World Cup. He became a traffic conductor waving people around. To some degree he caused the loss to Japan because he was too slow around the park. Not sure if Meyer's microphone is inside his scrum cap.
Sharks
Gary Gold (As well as his recruitment of Mourtiz Botha and Fatt Stevens). The commercial director who does not want to be a coach.
Half the Sharks team being suspended for ill discipline.
John Smit for being John Smit.

I would then add Saracens for giving Schalk a two year deal !!
Why not clog up our Prem with more past it mercenaries ? It seems a wonderful plan.
Oh, and just so you know, Victor is still stuffing up badly here. Thankfully, he broke his nose early in the game last weekend and actually would not stay on the field, so we were spared him making any more glaring errors ( he had just ruined yet another attacking move by trying to enter the line and either knocked on or failed to catch...can't recall, he keeps doing both so much ! ) And it was a team mate who broke his nose, by the way.....

There is only one winner Greybeard Matfield - also known as Ouma Victoria Matfield - for getting a penalty turned around in the semi-final - and making a major contribution to the ousting of Meyer as co ach.
