Actually - BMI means very little medically.

If BMI was the be all and end all of determining whether someone was obese or not, about all the props in world rugby would be obese despite the fact that many of them can survive at least 60 minutes on a rugby field - which I, who certainly am not obese could only accomplish in my dreams.

Beast Mtwarira for example has a BMI of almost 33.6 and Beast is not obese.

 Exactly, Sharky. And pulse rate has nothing to do with obesity either. Mine is very high naturally, I range between 6 and a half and 8 and a half stones. It is just fast and alters fairly little with exercise.
