Mostert missed a tackle and that’s a fact I still have the game recorded I’m quite happy to point out the exact time stamp if you would like? Mostert has never done anything of note in any test he has ever played. Very sad excuse for a Bok lock - all 112kg of him Lazy fuck who is scared of the gym

I knew you were a coward and would chicken out. Quick to demand things of others, who produce far more than you could ever be capable of producing, yet don't even try to back your wild claims up.

Nope ESPN registered no missed tackles and I just watched the passage of play. ‘Mostert again’ was the commentators refrain, he must have made 8 crucial  tackles in that sequence, always intelligently moving to the point of danger. There was one instance where in a joint tackle the player was put down but not held and another instance where Youngs changed his line and Mostert passed him on to the next tackler.

By contrast there were thunderous tackles on Vunipola. Vermeulen also made huge contributions with almost impossible goal line stops eg on Underhill/

The player who was the weak link was Dud Toit who couldn’t put Vunipola down and he offloaded several times in Dud’s powder puff tackles.

And  the whole sequence was preceded by a toothless Dud Allende charge and Underhill monstering Dud Toit, who was rescued by a brilliant Mostert clean out.

Those are the facts, corroborating the ESPN stats. The weakest link in the goal line stand was Dud Toit. The strongest links were Mostert and Vermeulen,

Ok Moz I’ll point out the definite miss by average Mostert - I think Faf was the only other player to miss a tackle on the line Mostert 100% misses a tackle

Correction the weakest link was Kolisi who did nothing at all in the goal line stand. I got there by wondering what the third loosie did, given we have covered Vermeulen’s excellence and Vunipola offloading out of Dud’s tackles. For a moment I had a hard time remembering who the third loosie was and then….hahaha…I remembered it was Cappie.

What a total waste of space!

Damn Dave….look at those 10minutes that won the WC. Get a pencil and paper and list Mostert’s contributions vs Kolisi. It’s about 10 to zero. Kolisi is our open side flank he should have been our lead tackler or trying to turn over the ball…he just ran aimlessly around.

Yep, the fact the wall held at that point in the game meant England got shut out. Had they scored there it could have been a totally different story. My problem with Mostert currently is that he's getting on a bit and so that engine ain't what it used to be. I still rate him, but he's not the Mostert of 4 years ago. Hurts to say. Sous is already a legend though, and one of my all-time favourite players. The mechanic's son will always have my vote...

The tigers in defence on the line were Vermeulen, Beast, PSDT and Marx along with everyone else But fact is Mostert missed two tackles and made a good few But he was as soft as ever nothing imposing about his hits

In the meantime, Faz has had his red card overturned. WR and the RFU are a joke. Piss boiling at the thought that we have to play tiddlywinks laws while at the elite level this shit happens.

Plum I agree that Mostert hasn’t been as energetic in these build up games. But many of the Boks have been below par. These guys are a bit risk averse going into the WC. I may be wrong but I think you will see the real Mostert in France.

The call on Farrell is a joke…but it won’t matter….all the RFU have done is lower their credibility.

It’s nothing to do with the RFU !

It was an all Australian panel.

Regardless, my opinion is that it was a Red Card all day long and he deserved to be banned for the RWC.

Owen Farrell has always been a Dirty player…his so called tackles is nothing more than a shoulder charge….how this OZ Panel could turn that over, is a mystery…

Goodness knows.

They said it was a camera angle that showed Jamie George impacted the tackle but I can’t see any mitigation in that.

They all shared a Fat Blunt and afterwards checked out the different angles : ) the video footage shows clearly how Dirty Boy leans in with his shoulder to make contact with the head…that is typical for Farrell…nothing new.

I hope so, Moz. Dang it would be good to win this one. I mean, I don't think we will, but for some of the chaps to have two medals would be great.
