Fantasy Rugby

Just a heads up to ppl playing. Im pretty concerned about fox sports. Still two weeks away. But we'll see. Haven't heard about them having super coach this year. Nz Herald prob the best one then. If not up by Monday week of super rugby commencing. Then prob won't be having one this year. Give it another week.

I am going to phone Foxsport in Australia and ask them tomorrow what is going on.  NZ Herald has no Fantasy comp this year.  When I asked by e-mail they said they are not going to run a program this year.
What is worrying me is that they and foxsport used the same program last year and the fact that the NZ Herald is not running a fantasy comp this year may indicate that Foxsport is not running one either,
However, we should know tomorrow morning what is happening.
If Foxsport is not running one either - we are down to three competitions only.   I think an active competition to run those three competitions over the ne xt two weeks needs to be undertaken.

While exact details are still in the process of determination – important things like launch date, for instance – the aim is to have a minimum of two weeks for fans to pick their sides before the season starts.

Thanks for that info - I went through the Foxsport websites repeatedly - but must have missed that one.   Meantime I sent them an e-mail asking what is going on.  The problem is not only registration, but also to get the guys who participated last year back on line.  I hope they finalize the issue by the end of this week to give us three or four days to get our side going.  
We should - like last year - have 14 guys in our League.
    

 I got used to Fox Sports super fantasy rugger, not perfect but good enough. Hope they get it going in time.

New platform, rushing to meet a deadline. Hopefully its not buggy or slow.

 I checked the Foxsport website this morning - as I do on a daily basis.  Nothing yet.

Thanks I tried to enter the site using my original particulars and all I got was - "S orry something went wrong - please conta".   I will try and get into the website directly and see whether I can log in from there.  
Seems there is still a site entry problem.   As soon as I can get in I will get the league registered or revived and give full site particulars.  
Any suggestions on your part? 

 I signed up but will wait to hear from you CleverMike on the codes for our league. I can do this if you cannot access the Foxsports site, just let me know .

I tried to get in after your message and is still unsuccessful.   Still get the same message I quoted above.   I used my e-mail address and the same secret code I used last year and even confirmed it on e-mail I received from them when I had problems initially.  
Just for info - what name did you assign to the League and how did you manage to get in?  
When I tried the contact key I got an error-message as well.   Will try again - but my expert adviser said it is a programme error on the part of Foxsport that leads to the above.
Any idea how I can get in?

I think this might be some kind of geographic problem that only affects South African players. I'm going to try a few things. Ou Maaik I will let you know if I come right.

Ou Maaik, I gave up on recovering my old account and I just created a new one using a different e-mail address. Suggest you do the same.

I tried all angles and the code provided by ABF - but get to a page where a person have to indicate his date of birth and his expert/interest level, as well as to affirm excepting their terms of reference.  When then pressing the continue button I get a message saying "Sorry, something went wrong.  Please conta".  There is no further info whom to contact.  When I tried the Contact Us facility it said that the page is not available through an error message.   
Not at all happy about it.    

 I got in by registering under another e-mail address and a different username.  I joined the league mentioned and tried to pick a provisional team.   Mo0st top players are ridiculously expensive and you have to fill your bench with very cheap players to get inside the bracket laid down.  
However, there are player names I could not find - eg P-S Du Toit.  He may be among the loosies though.
Please gentlemen we need 14 members to register with our League urgently.  You must make sure we have 14 members on the site.  Thus far we have only 5 so please register asap.
