 I want to make a living out of rugby says fekitoe.Look let's be honest about this matter. Tonga, Fiji and Samoa have shown very little initiative in developing themselves as a rugby super power. They are very servile types preferring to serve their nz and Oz masters for the cash. 
Its not an attractive view of them but what other conclusion can be reached? They would rather play for another country because the money is better. They have no desires of their own either. It's a servant mentality really
Nz and now Oz are delighted to exploit them for ever. They do zip to help really as this suits them all to well. The three Pacific Island countries are mere rugby colonies and will always be only that as they are at heart servants.
Sad but prove me wrong?

 Cloudy there are plenty of Islanders who have made a decent living by playing in the NH leagues. 
Whilst the All Blacks don't play any Kiwi's that live outside of New Zealand, they do play Samoans and Tongan's. 

 Cheaser nz stand on the broken backs of those islanders. It's a crying shame!
What a pity Cloudy wants to glamorise this unfortunate state of affairs!

 Bit of context for you Kiwi's is that there's only ever been 2 people or less that have represented South Africa at one time that have been born outside of the country.
Whereas a good quarter of the All Blacks squad are probably from outside NZ.

Feikitoa is the only current AB who wasn't born in NZ. He went to Nz at 17, all the others have PI ancestors but are all born in NZ. Are you implying that all these NZ born players are "less new zealanders" than any other new zealander because they have PI ancestors or what?
Are youn implying that only "pure new zealanders" or "pure south africans" have the right for playing in the national team? What other rights, acording to you, should be removed to the PI descendents? The european descendents sholud be included in the "pure new zealanders" list or just the maories? From the last 100 AB players 3 were born, raised and learn their rugby in the PI:
-Saimone Taumoepeau (played 3 test matches)
-Casey Laulala (plyed 2 test matches)
-Sitiveni Sivivatu

And another 6 were born in the PI but raised and learn their rugby in NZ (Toeava, Kaino, Masoe, Lauaki, Anesi, Halai, this last 2 having played 1 test match each)

So where the f*ck is the "LEGENDARY NZ EXPLOITATION OF THE PI ?

Firstly to deal with ou hacked waaugh rather lame attempt at a counter. Beast has no international side of any note to play for go ad see where Zimbabwe are on the ranking. Tonga, Fiji and Samao are all established test playing nations. Beast is ONE import!
The next point to bear in mind is the using of the PI nations in such a self interested way is not confined to test rugby - why imagine it is. What about the many Islanders playing their trade at Super 15 level.
However it's sad to realise that OZ has also been a rugby colony of nz exporting so many players there.
I call on OZ, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa to cease supply players to nz. Obviously the kiwis lack rugby players and therefore have to import them from outside.

 By the way Fiji rugby started I believe around 1915. I guess Tonga and Samoa around then also. The West Indies cricket team forged their own way. Why not these three countries.

Amongst those that have already expressed a desire to switch nationalities are former All Blacks Anthony Tuitavake and Sam Tuitupou, and ex-Wallabies Mark Gerrard and Sitaleki Timani, who will apply to play for Tonga under IRB Regulation 8.

All Blacks sevens representatives Alando Soakai, Lifeimi Mafi and Roy Kinikinilau have also confirmed they will switch allegiance to Tonga, while Tim Nanai-Williams will make the switch to Samoa.

Other big name players that would be eligible to make the switch include All Black wingers Joe Rokocoko and Sitiveni Sivivatu, both of whom could play for Fiji, and Casey Laulala, Chris Masoe and Lelia Masaga, who are eligible for Samoa.

Former Wallaby great George Smith, meanwhile, would be eligible for Tonga, and Chairman of Tonga Rugby Epi Taione has said the new laws have led him to draw up a ‘hit list’ of players he wants to play for Tonga, which includes Smith along with Waikato Chiefs prop Ben Tameifuna.
