Flo Jo was a legend on the track, won 3 golds and 1 silver in Seoul Olympics in 1988 for 100 metres,200 metres,4X100m and 4X400metres and in 1987 won a gold and a silver in Rome World Champs. She died at 38 from an epilectic seizure in her sleep.
Her husband Al was also a track star and also has a gold medal in 1980.
Her daughter Mary sung this song for her mum in American's Got Talent...lovely young lady...a bit of a tear jerker for me...
