When I clicked "Auto Fill" , Rieko Ione was selected as center.
I thought he was a bit expensive, so I SOLD HIM!

Both Ioane brothers were among he first players I selected. They are both beasts! Just wishing I'd captained Rieko. I did consider it but decided I needed a Hurricanes captain seeing as they were playing the Sunwolves. Who knew the Blues would give the Rebels such a carrot?

Flash, I'm not 100% sure but I think they've made a change to the trade rules on Foxsports, at least for round 1 anyway.

It looks to me like you can still trade players after the round starts, as long as you don't try to buy or sell players who have already played . . . like Rebels or Blues.

Give it a bash. Go trade Foley for a flyhalf who hasn't played yet. I had Boom Prinsloo and Skuna Notshe in my initial team and I was able to trade them out AFTER the Rebels vs Blues game. My number of trades for the next round haven't changed so in theory we still seem to have unlimited transfers, but only for players who are yet to play.

Anyone else seen this? Try it for yourselves, try trading out players who weren't selected (and who haven't played yet!) and you'll see those trades are still valid for this round!

 This is true Rooi, I just did this and posted the same idea on another thread. It is called a rolling lockout.

Looks like all our fears about teams not being announced early enough were unfounded . . . in Foxsports anyway. I still have a few problems with my UDT and my Superbru Fantasy teams.

Only saw bits and pieces of the game live today and just finished watching the recorded game now. Man, that Pulu has a set of wheels on him!

 Far out young Reiko is sensational to watch ,at this rate his price will go through the roof .Geez flash that is some hard arsed luck there mate .Like Rooie I want a time-turner so as to make Ioane my cap ,man that families got some talent imagine what Digby could have done in an ABs setup ?My kids still wont tell me who is in their team even though I gave them heaps of wunnerful advice .But seeing as how  they have flogged me in at least 3 fantasy series at fox .Coaches never get enough credit eh ? Hahahaha.

At least I picked the right Shark. I only had one Shark in my starting XV and it was Jean-Luc du Preez, the Sharks' highest FR points scorer.

Nice thing about these rolling trades is that you can react to late news.
I originally had Nehe Milner-Skudder in my team but when I heard he was out I replaced him with Cory Jane. It was just before kick-off that I heard Jane was out as well so I quickly traded him out literally as the players were taking the field.

Sure enough the Canes are running riot. My problem is that they're finding it so easy to score that the ball is not getting to my Fantasy captain Julian Savea on the wing.

I spoke too soon! That's more like it Julian! Now score a hat trick!

 J. Savea has 57 fantasy points at the half & his brother has 43, fortunately I picked both of them but I did hesitate when picking Julian. 

Same here. The Savea brothers and the Ioane brothers were the first names on my FR teamsheet and I built the team from there.
I had no hesitation in picking big Jules or making him my captain when Mil-Skud pulled out.
