Hi guys,
Thought I would take you through my selection process for the week.
Here is my final team:

Prop O. Tu'ungafasi , K. Inagaki, T. Nyakane

Hooker S. Horie, L. Apisai (concussion)

Lock E. Etzebeth, L. de Jager, C. Neville

Backrower S. Fardy, K. Read, H. Tui, M. Coetzee

Scrum-half T. Perenara, A. Smith

Fly-half R. Mo'unga, A. Cruden

Centre C. Ngatai, T. Kuridrani, T. Walden (Concussion)

Outside back D. McKenzie, N. Nadolo, B. Smith, W. Gelant

Trades I made:Jaco Kriel => K. Read; Reinach => Perenara; T. Lee => Gelant
The following was considered to also get the chop:Lood, Apisai, Walden
How I choose my players: I normally look at the previous 3 games of players' averages, and the next 3 opponents they will face, the byes and the potential for their value to increase.
Highest possible value gainers not in my team or trades:J Holloway (war), T English (Reb), *C. Brink (Lions), *M. Marx (Lions) K Beale (War), E Dixon (Hig), R Ioane (Blu)
Let me know if you have suggestions or observations you want to discuss. Still thinking on my captain - leaning towards Kuridrani or D. McKenzie

Your captain should be a Hurricane, so in your case, Perenara.
I was planning on transferring Julian Savea into my team just for the week they were playing the hapless Kings but now that he's been dropped, I'm thinking of retaining my back 3 of Nemani Nadolo, Ben Smith and Israel Folau. If I do bring in a Hurricane I reckon it'll be Halaholo ('Allo 'Allo) at centre.

I find it tough to choose a captain playing against the Kings, I did it with the Saders and Mo'unga got substituted early because it was an easy game. So the Canes might choose to give Te Toiroa Tahuriorangi a longer go in place of Perenara.
But, Perenara might still get 80 points in the 40-50 minutes playing time they might afford him.
I was also contemplating Savea, but long term I think Gelant is better to gain quick value with the "easy" games the Bulls have lined-up. Unless they decide to move him to the bench and Kriel back to 15. Besides, Savea will be "overweight" and slow for awhile

So tell me would anyone sub Barrett for Moanga ? I know Moanga is averaging over 50 but thats all at home and Barrett is playing the hapless Kings .

... bro any Crusty player runs the risk of being binned by Peyper this week...tbh if I was Peyper I'd red card Nadolo in the first five minutes...

You may be on to something Mr Muttley , the Saders may indeed be forced to "pay the Peyper " as it were ....

Hi Wardad, welcome back. I wouldn't trade Barrett for any flyhalf this weekend but in the longer term Mo'unga might be worth keeping. He does beat defenders and he does score tries.

I traded I. West for Barrett this weekend because there should be high scoring against the Kings. I also traded for Toomoga-Allen for the same reason. Thought about bringing in TJ also but stuck with A. Smith.
