FR managers, put up the names of players you think are good value for money in the Fox Sport game. Here are a few (with prices) who I reckon will be starters and who are very reasonably priced . . .

Prop
Owen Franks (112) - Is he injured? Why would the incumbent All Black prop be minimum price?
Sekopu Kepu (112) - Ditto for the Wallaby prop.
Ox Nche (112) - Had an excellent Currie Cup. One to watch.

Hooker
Hika Elliott (112) - Great value even if he shares the starting spot with Nathan Harris
Chiliboy Ralapele (112) - Not sure if he'll start ahead of Franco Marais but great value if he does.

Lock
Lourens Erasmus (112) - Will score loads of carrying and tackle points if he gets game time.

Loosie
Rynhardt Elstadt (113) - The Loosies all look very expensive this year but here's a cheapo.
Blade Thomson (181) - Good value now that Fifita is crocked.

Scrumhalf
Cobus Reinach (112) - Very cheap for a likely starting scrumhalf who loves to run.
Taweera Kerr-Barlow (112) - Great value now that Brad Weber is crocked.

Flyhalf
Beauden Barrett (331) - Not cheap but compared to some of the other flyhalves an absolute bargain.
Robert du Preez (166) - Great value if he's the Stompies starting #10.

Centre
Harold Vorster (204) - Not seeing many bargain centres. Vorster worth a shot if he starts.

Outside Back
Seabelo Senatla (112) - Worth putting on your bench just in case he can show his 7s form.
Curwin Bosch (112) - Talented youngster but I'm not sure why the Sharks bought Poitrenaud?

Please feel free to add your own.

Actually I agree . . . Jean-Luc du Preez is pretty good value, especially if you consider the fact that he's quite a bit cheaper than his brother Dan and he got a lot more game time last year.

Just kidding Draad, I know you were referring to the other JLdP, the mincing little paff who played for the Stompies last season. Don't think he's good value at all and for the sake of the Stompies I hope he's behind Robert du Preez in the pecking order.
