France look like a tough nut.....

Finally got to see the Pom test ..... a test France should probably have won. Picamoles and Spedding were sensational. And the pack made the Poms look feeble for much of the game. One of the commentators quipped: ' I almost bumped into them walking the dog this morning, they were so big even the dog turned round'. If we continue with feeble chaps like Jantjies, Kleintjie Kriel, Mapoe, Mostert and Whiteley we are going to be slaughtered.

It has been reported that Coetzee is thinking about creating a plan B, because he has not plan A. 
France should start as favourites. If the first test is lost, things could get ugly. 

 Suddenly, the french side, that was told to be a benchmark for noone, is seen as it is: on a collision course with SA.

It's been now nearly 2 years that France is told to go the right direction. Except that no  victory has come to give credit. And their record is close to the record under the previous coach.

The 6N is a dead opportunity, England is destined to win. At best, France can hope to beat Wales, not meaningful enough.

The next window is going to be the test series against SA. France is a big world of rugby customer so it is vital that their effort to make their rugby attractive again  eventually turn a success. This is a major concern for WR.

On the other side, SA and its mess of a rugby, something that must be terminated as it failed to take the turn of professionalism and a customer to WR that keeps losing weight and relevancy.

Everyone in WR wish France to win the series. It will be that result they need to give credit to their efforts.

Hence Coetze. Coetze is SA safety net. The loss will be pushed on him. A white coach and the fuse is blown out before use. Nowhere to hide.

Without Coetze, there will be no other way than beating France. Which goes against WR interests.
