Everyone knows they saw what happened to him and failed to react to it. The whole Stadium saw it, they gave banks of analysts watching every second of play. No-one could have missed it. It was replayed on the Stadium screen. So, if they hadn't seen it before, they saw it then and should have acted. This was, after all, a player who had already received a blow to the face and been off for the concussion checks, so should have been closely monitored throughout the rest of the match.  Player safety is supposed to be paramount and concussion protocols are at the forefront this Season.
For some reason, World Rugby are again negating their duties and allowing Wales to get away with it. 
But now, what do Wales do.....select a player who most know is not fit to play or not select him and admit they know he was not fit to stay on the field on Friday night ? What a conundrum !
