How good have Jason Jenkins and RG Snyman been

for the Bulls......they were the stars of last years under achieving Baby Bok side along with Liebenberg at 8.
They have taken to Super rugby like established vets......what fantastic prospects these 20 year old locks are.
Jenkins provides the grunt and has plenty to offer in terms of skill as well.....Snyman has enough grunt and plenty of athleticism.
Both dont shy away from the action.......the pair have been a pleasure to watch
The Bulls do keep producing locks  

Agreed - both quality players. Especially Snyman - 6'9", 258 lbs - only 21. Will probably add 10lbs of muscle easily to that frame over time without losing athleticism. Long arms, big hands - classic #5 and he can play the ball on the ground.
Some good locks coming through. Would like to see Mostert give it a go at 7. PSDT should consider it too, although I don't think he as the athleticism. They could easily be the odd men out, especially with Etzebeth locking down the 4 position.

Snyman at 120kg is already big enough but will get better. Difficult to call it between him and Jenkins right now but both are fantastic prospects.

Agreed would love to see Mostert at 7...his best chance of a test cap.....what a player 

 We have top class locks to spare and had them last year as well.  Lets list them ad potential Springbok locks:-
Etzebeth, Du Toit, De Jager - already cappedDu Plessis, Willemse, Snyman, Mostert, Jenkins
And the joke Meyer could come up with last year was Matfield - what a farce.  

 Add Erasmus, Lewies and Ruan Botha to that list with Jean Kleyn and JD chasing 

Fk I hate Heyneke Meyer. It's going to be interesting to see the side Ali is given this year. Selectors have some serious head scratching ahead...haha. For me, Lood is not in the running anymore, despite me being on the side that thought he DID have a good world cup. Eben, PSDT, Snyman and Mostert. Dunno why we are talking about Mostert being to small etc His size is his advantage. Playing him is like having a 4th loosie. I don't see no problems with that. When he played against the two touted Bok starters in Eben and PSDT, he outshone them both. That Stormers pack is about as close to a top quality test pack you'll ever see a club pack be, and I don't think Mostert was close to being out of his depth. I'm blabbing I know. And unfortunately this will seem biased. Jantjies and Mostert are two perfect examples of players where we as Bok fans we are presented with yet another opportunity to make the same mistakes as before. We try to undermine players before they have a decent shot at the top level. Even though all the evidence supports the idea that they will be succesful. I don't think we should worry about Jantjies' BMT because has been solid for long enough now. And i don't think we should speculate about Mostert being to small for a test Lock because he plays against test locks week in and week out and out performs them. We should not play him out of position either. It's unfair because the guy has earned his spot and we've seen many careers spiral.down the drain because of this kind of reasoning. Give the guy a few games against Ireland where he plays the last 30 minutes and lets have a look. Let's have faith in what we see in front of us.

 When did Mosterd play against Eben and PSDT?

 PS, my WP bias is probably talking, but up till his injury  Eben was probably the player of the S18. Best lock in the comp by some way. I like Mostert, but when did he outshine Eben? Only Retalick comes close to Eben.

 My bad Draad. Was a tad sleepy when that. Was thinking back to the Lions Stormers game and couldn't remember Eben's name being mentioned. Haha now I know why :/
