Some real problem - but it is likely that Rugby will be back within 2 months.   Some suggestions - go to the beach, warch the natural beauty of the Cape - inclusive of the females specimens - enjoy cricket rest and relax.

I know it is hard - but rugby will be back and we would wander what happened inbetween.

Premiership, Pro 12, Top 14, Heineken cup , Amlin Cup, LV cup........

I guess it's easier for me to follow these leagues as there are Canadians playing in them.

Jebb Sinclair is back at practice with the london Irish.

@carpetmuncher,

if ur a Bok fan and watched them play in 2012, then i imagine ur made of some pretty stern stuff. nothing easy about watching the Boks win only 58% of their games and being witness to the worst ever esult against the pumas. u Bok fans are a lot tougher then u realise being able to cop so much punishment, :oP

i do like mikes suggestions though, especially the watching the natural beauty of the capetownfemale specimans.

As you will probably only get a limp whinge from muncher allow me to butt in.

The Boks lost only 25% of their matches. Two of those losses game from a normally outstanding goal kicker imploding. Save for that we would have won the Rugby Championship. Nobody can deny this.

It has been a delight to see the guts and determination the Boks have shown this season. Meyer is obviously a great motivator. To think all this was achieved with 10 departing players and a further 10 injured. Amazing really.

Obviously we would like to see more skills and attack etc. But given the circimstances it has been a very successful season. One expects next season to be even better barring refs and injuries. We all should now know what a BL can do to a team.

The Meyer bashers can bleat on as much as they like but facts are facts and context has to be considered.

@sasu and ek jip old ek always has some great advice :)

@beeno mate stick to your day job as it seems slinging insults is not really your strong suite. why dont you "power pack" those numbers at work hey. or maybe you and old nukefree can hook up and have a bingo night maybe this weekend who knows.

@sasu yeah mate being a bok supporter with this type of rugby is more a test of will more than anything else. but i am bok to the core so dont really have a choice to be fair. i know this brand of meyer rugby wont take us to the next level but i do not think meyer will suddently change his conservative ways and start playing modern rugby. if he coached in NZ or AUS he would have been fired quicker than a blind commentator. the boks supporters have hope for next year but i am not quite so optimistic.

i hope your boys rape the old foe up there in england sasu. at least we know the AB will pitch up and try to play some rugby.

 I watch the six nations during this period.

I find it a less stress related to not sit and hope that my team wins.....

Will try for the umpteeth season to temper my wait for the start of the SH Rugby Union and League (yes league, love that game as well) season by watching college (American) football and NFL football. Live in US and have tried to get into the game but the stop/start nature and over analytical approach, not too mention the number of players/teams and the fact that a 1 hour game is stretched into 3 hrs makes it hard to appreciate the game like rugby. I mean why does play end when your knee touches the ground whether you tackled or not? Why not lateral the ball more? If the game was more flowing would probably be more interested in it, as it is though would still rather watch this than the numerous pedantic  NH competiton rugby on Fox.  I know, I know the AB's lost to England but they contributed as much to their loss but giving away what 18 pts in penalties. I suppose there is 7's.
