Disagree he was great two years ago. But man oh man was he good tonight. The way he man handled Lobbe was the highlight.
The Pom commentators were waxing lyrical over the lad.

Pom commentators couldn't say his name correctly, silent 't' at the end of Toit there is!
He had a fantastic game from what I saw, on the shabby livestream that I could only endure for the first 55 minutes.

Mozart is trying in his way to make Du Toit look bad - hence his reference to two years ago. You can expect nothing else from him - he was anti Du Toit for the past two years.

Nope I never was anti du Toit....I said he was too young and was going to hurt himself. Has he been injured a lot? Yep. I hope this additional bulking finally gives him the strength to play the game he wants without injury. But as we have seen, the S15 is a long grueling competition. He needs to pace himself.

With respect - when you gives a player a derogatory nickname - you are against that player - whether you admit it otherwise or not.
I do not really think Du Toit bulked up - but he looks faster and stronger than he used to be - especially when he tackles player after player backwards and allows Coetzee and Bismarck to make turnovers galore. I say faster because he was constantly in all plays in evidence.

Wonder what his weight is now? He used to be 118 kgs - looks to me he could be around 120 to 122 kgs now. May even be 125 kgs. We will soon know when they give the player particulars before matches.

Always been one of my favourite players...this one I got right...always maintained a fitting partner for EE...an unfortunately injury but back stronger than ever.
