Nice story Becs, it comes across as very convincing as well as making one feel sorry for someone who's been hard done by. But you know the truth is quite different and like you I have a right to defend myself after your friend Dave unnecessarily dragged my name through the mud. I like the way you've pulled things out of context to dress me up as  being a sicko but I note you haven't backed Dave's lies about me sending you lurid photos!? Either way you are both liars. Exactly the same way when you lied about Duke which led to a huge argument between long standing board mates. You can sanitise  the great friendship you share with Duke as much as you like.....the facts are that you smeared his name in private emails to me and when that didn't work because I refused to buy into it, you then turned to Dave. When Dave then proceeded to blackmail Duke I knew exactly where he was coming from. The rest is history.

You didn't stop communicating with me, it was I who discovered that you were passing on my private emails to Davey Boy. How did I know? Well, it was "smart" Davey Boy who replied to one of my emails but he inadvertently replied on a post I'd sent to you which you had passed onto him. My post to you was at the footer of Dave's post to me. Fact! I then made Dave aware that I knew what had transpired between the two of you and raised my dissatisfaction. I should also point out that at no time did you raise any objections to me about anything in my correspondence to you and I note that it's only now....what more than a decade later that it strangely raises it's head to the surface. Nice work, Becs.

Becs, you would have no idea how much sympathy I felt for you, as a matter of fact I've relayed my empathy for you to quite a few posters, some on here can attest to my deep concerns. I also discussed the state of your health with my immediate family...that's how sincerely I felt for you as a friend. After reading your mail I became depressed so that when I replied I would always try and brighten your mood with expressions like Hi Sunshine etc ...that's what friends do for each other, it's rather sad to learn your interpretation. You also need to understand that my friendship with posters go a lot further than most, I have met several posters on here with whom I have become close mates and it's a habit of mine to  look them up when I'm in their neck of the woods and it's not unusual for me to telephone them either. It's a matter of fact that I've met with more posters than anyone else and it's something I'm particularly proud of. 

Finally, I felt guilty of the way I used to argue with you on past forums and decided to reserve my opinion and as matter of fact I apologized to you on this very forum...like someone said " It is like punching someone who has her hands tied behind her back."

 It was for that very reason that I decided not to engage you until you decided to drag my name into a dialogue which had nothing to do with me.

My thoughts go out to you, I wish you well, I have no hard feelings.
