Cricket SA should get their @ rses kicked for this fiasco.  They should get away from the short of rubbish they got themselves into with an Under 19 team that cannot play school cricket leave alone on a slightly higher level.
All due to their policies and also the appointment of a nobody as coach for the team - tragic really.

 Does it matter?
These losers will embarrass themselves ... again.
I love it.

Mickey....about the coach....he reckons that the lads just suffered a couple of bad games and people shouldn't write off their talent. The man is an even bigger clown than what I originally thought.
Perhaps even bigger than Boentjies if that's possible.

This is where all our sport will go in the abnormal sports policy in a normal society.  I do not see much talent among that lot.  Fire the coach to start with.

"...abnormal sports policy in a normal society." You've got the slogan right but this bit here... "Fire the coach to start with." ..nyet ....fire the clowns who appointed him then fire the coach. It's a bit sick to laugh at these things, we shouldn't, but anyway go and have a read of the full article on Supersport where he sings the praises of the team.

The coach is a liability, but Denny is correct - the problem starts higher up in CSA.   Matter of fact at the top of the lot.

What are the spectator numbers like at provincial cricket ? Personally there's absolutely no way I'd pay to watch this racist circus .

Well, what are the spectator numbers at ODI and Test cricket...S15 Rugby and Test Rugby???? Geez it's embarrassing. So was black fan support at the RWC. You would have spewed had you seen the South African fan stall at Twickers....what a F*^&*$ joke that was.....I had one look and like everyone else walked away in disgust.

Scrap quotas
Chose solely on merit....... but easier said than done in this place
The amount of sports people in this country plying their trade overseas because of constantly being overlooked in their respective sports is sickening.
I know someone personally who has been "listed" by his coach as 6th in line for a certain senior position in a certain sport in SA, despite being the best in that position.
He was advised by the coach directly....... look overseas, there will be no place for you
Makes me sick to my stomach

Three of the first five European golf tournaments this year were won by South Africans . To hell with team sports, if I lived in SA & had sports minded kids I'd encourage them to play tennis or golf instead .

D.A., our soccer team's sh!te but they have probably the only team sport in the land unsullied by political interference .

So in other words Bafana Bafana suck naturally.
They don't need outside help to embarrass us and themselves.
Born and bred losers.
