I you don’t throw insults ‘to your fellow’ posters moron….you throw them ‘at your fellow posters’ which is what you do 90% of the time you post.

What an uneducated moron…see, that was a response.

"I you don’t throw insults"

Sorry, you're sounding like ou Maaik. Could you ask your nurse or someone nearby to articulate what it is you're trying to say?

Also, can we confirm that you're a coward, a hypocrite and a liar?

You still don’t get that you don’t throw insults ‘to your fellow posters’? Here DA catch this insult? ROFL!

Just another classical example of you butchering the language.

You’re a nasty piece of work 3xSTNG. A liar about my background, a coward because you were too weak to admit your mistake and a hypocrite because you know what you are, the reasons you come on here to post. Only to insult your fellow posters so that you can feel a little better about your miserable life.

Helpful?

Moffie, where on this thread or anywhere else did I deny I insult other posters?

Please just answer the question for once.

I'm not the one getting all sanctimonious and telling other posters not to throw insults while I throw them myself . . . that would be you, you stinking hypocrite.

Oh dear, there is no hyphen between Boy and Scouts. Do try to avoid these blunders it makes things too easy. As for groping, more your province with your obsession with the male nether region. And as for drunken….also your province with your substance abuse admission.

Game, set and match? I can’t go on indefinitely taking advantage of your ignorance. It feels a bit like bullying.

Make up whatever lies you want to, old man, but none of that changes the fact that you're despised by your own family members.

Now that is what I call a loser!

Oh and if you ever take a single point off me . . . let alone a game or set . . . it'll be the first one.

I'd love to know the ratio to RooiWank's posts of insults and attacks/not insults and attacks.

It must be 8/2.

A lot of cricket terms come to mind here . . .

Moffie thinks extra cover is a spare adult nappy.

For Moffie, the nervous nineties means his age.

Moffie arranged a game between the boy scouts . . . but he got banned for ball tampering.

For Moffie, a leg slip is when he walks on a banana peal.

If you want to stump Moffie, ask him to integrate x squared.

Moffie's dick is short of a length.

A few more:

STNG thinks a new ball is his latest opportunity.

Turned to leg is his favorite stroke.

The drinks break is what he lives for

STNG’S dick has no lift

If you want to stump STNG, ask him to add 2 and 2.

A leg glance happens when he bounces off his man

Facing STNG most players wear the box on the rear.

Deep fine leg ….is where he goes with a leg he likes

Oh dear we really have exposed remarkable ignorance here. Every cricket test match has drinks breaks. This from AI:

‘Yes, every cricket Test match typically includes scheduled drinks breaks, in addition to lunch and tea breaks, to ensure player hydration and recovery throughout the long, multi-day format’

Chat GPT:

Daily Schedule (Typically)

  1. First Session: Starts in the morning and lasts about two hours.
  2. Lunch Break: Around 40 minutes.
  3. Second Session: Another two-hour session after lunch.
  4. Tea Break: A 20-minute break in the afternoon.
  5. Final Session: The last two-hour session of the day.

Other Possible Breaks

  1. Drinks Breaks: Usually taken every hour in hot conditions.
  2. Rain Delays: If it rains, play stops until conditions improve.
  3. Innings Breaks: When a team is bowled out or declares, there’s a short break before the next team starts batting.

ChatGPT:

Yes, Test matches in cricket typically have drinks breaks in each session. The standard timing is:

  1. Two drinks breaks per session (one per hour) in hot conditions.
  2. One drinks break per session (usually after an hour) in normal conditions.

Drinks breaks are usually around 3-5 minutes long and allow players to rehydrate, especially in warmer climates. However, if the weather is very cool, umpires may decide to skip them.

Would you like details on how drinks breaks work in shorter formats like ODIs or T20s?

….

Obviously only a cricket noob wouldn’t know what a drinks break is….ROFL!

I bet I can guess the type of cricketer he was.

Loved my cricket - I miss playing. Stopped at 50

Opened the batting with my son while he was still at school - that was special. He played for school on Saturday and for us on Sunday. There were a handful of us dad and sons in our Sunday club side

Bowled offies as well

Funny thing is - my son is now head of rugby at a private school where Nicky Boje is the head of cricket. He is a big fan of Bogee as he calls him - says he is a good man. They also have an ex Zim fast bowler in their coaching set up

Ryan Strudwick the ex Sharks and London Irish lock and currently the director of sport at Michaelhouse is joining my sons school as the new director of sport in about 2 weeks time

So it’s an all SA affair as heads of sport although Matt, my son only spent his first 18 months in SA but counts himself as a Saffa now

Nice I also played cricket in school and after school I played for Somerset West Cricket Club.

Mainly I was a Batsman and loved batting. I was also a medium pace bowler.

But Batting was my favourite and pretty good at it….My best score in SA was 80 not out. I also loved buying Cricket bats.

I had three, SS Ton Pro, MRF Genius and my favourite bat was the Spartan Chris Gayle Bat.

Heavy meaty Bat, with a sweet spot out of this World….Man when you Hit that Cricket ball hard that sound was just the best :)

Believe it or not but I also played Cricket in Germany for Alster Cricket Club in Hamburg

Most of the guys there was from England, Australia and off Course South Africans….

Man I had a blast :) Especially our Suip sessions….Nicky Boje was a great Cricket player.

When I played for Somerset west, we once had Lance Klusener visiting the club. What a great guy and man he was a very hard hitter….

Real fond memories:)

In SA while I was studying at Rhodes University I played in the local farmers league for the mighty Salem club

Boy we had some characters in our side - it was an absolute blast. We used to play in the blistering heat, braai after the game, sink many beers and drive home pissed some 20km away.

I played first team cricket at school for 3 years and don’t recall a single innings I played or ever reaching 50. I never bowled at school despite the stupid coach telling the spin bowlers in the team to follow my action. I remember loving my Dunken Fernley Magnum bat - it was thick and heavy

My cricket developed after school. Made my first 100 playing for Salem. In one of my seasons playing here in England, for Copdock cricket club, I had a real purple patch with the bat averaging well over 50 for the year

I had the reputation of smashing the ball but knew within myself that I always liked to build and innings till I got to 20 then take the odd more chances. I used to always count every run I made - never relied on the scoreboard

I used to love bowling offies, sometimes you would get some real good purchase and the ball would really turn. Bowling to a left hander was the best - pitch it on middle and see it pass the edge of the bat. I used to bowl an arm ball - and really let it rip but most times it would end up being a pretty shit long hop as I’d try so hard to bowl it as fast as possible

When we had net sessions I always bowled seam up and could build up a nice bit of pace - never bothered bowling spin in the nets as I fancied myself as a quick.

I do miss playing - golf it is now - another great game - the greatest leveller
