I mentioned this before but him and Reid(spelling) are the exact same height with only a four KG difference between em. I never hear anyone saying the AB 8 is too small.

I weigh the same as Bernard Hopkins but I'll concede he has the heavier punch. Whiteley is smaller than Reid and plays even smaller than that. A total non entity on the YE tour......a strictly provincial player.

 Plum, how many of the lickety Leeus spent/are spending their off-season in Japan..... methinks its probably the same klomp that did the same at the end of '15 .

What a joke when you compare it to NZ's mandatory 12 week break for their top players.

I saw massiveb forum battles over the issue of whether Victor Matfield weighed 108kg or 112kg......

KG's don't tell the whole story. I currently weight 106Kg's, and there is a little fat, but not a hell of a lot. I can say with some level of certainty, that Jean De Villiers, who is the same height and had a playing weight of 103kg's, is/was more robust and probably a fair amount stronger than I am. Hougard is another example of a person that is much stronger than his height and weight would suggest. Have to agree with Moz on this one.

I'm not disagreeing. It's just that if you talk about size, then I think about size. If you mention ability then I'll think along those lines. 
Still I refuse to rate any players based on last year's Bok performances. Everyone was poor in almost every game.

Reid is head and shoulders above Whiteley even before his extractions.
Even if they are the same height and weight.
I am not disputing that Whiteley gives it all each time he plays and has many a good game.
The difference between Reid and Whiteley is that Reid has an excellent game most of the time.

 AJ exactly. Reid is also better than most if not all who weigh 10kg more then he does. So why're we talking about size?

 I don't like Reid, but he has super skills and is a fine player.

 Reid was crunched by Duane Vermulen. Doesn't like the rough stuff but likes backline play especially on the wing. Hahahahahahhaha
