Watch to the end, it is not a long clip. Had me swallowing hard a couple of times. Huge respect to Jonah after watching this. 

 Jonah was immense!  Not just on the field but off it as well.  A soft spoken well mannered giant off the field and a menace on it!  It is not often you find a big guy with that kind of speed.

Bloody hell...one experiences some sad stuff in life.
