... dopey South African referee , calamity Craig is once again in the spotlight after failing to notice that New Zealand fielded eight players during their HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series match against Australia in Sydney at the weekend...

...how Craig manages to keep his job after so many balls up is one of life's great mysteries...could this be his last year as world rugby can only take so much..

...you have to admire his courage though heading off to referee Scotland again in their 6Nations match against Ireland after his RWC howler that left Scotland baying for his blood...

...'Joubert copped heavy criticism during last year's Rugby World Cup when he awarded a controversial late penalty to Australia which enabled them to beat Scotland in the quarter-finals. World Rugby confirmed afterwards that Joubert had made a mistake. '

...'Joubert also raised the ire of the Crusaders in the final of Super Rugby 2014 when he awarded the Waratahs an injury-time penalty which gave the Sydneysiders victory. Again, Joubert was forced to own up to the penalty being incorrect.'

Brycy, when will SA refs raise their game? This is simply not acceptable, I'm sure our mate Beeno would agree

The question has to be how much is nz paying joubert. Joubert handed you the RWC against France. He handed the match to OZ when Scotland should have won.
These down under types leave a lot to be desired for sure!
Craig is under suspicion. NZ are not they have been found guilty!!

Beeno is dodging & weaving as usual . It is simply a matter of SA refs not being up to the high standards us "down under types" have. He is of course paranoid & rushes to judgement as is par for the course.

Like that one chap who flew into Australia a while ago
Airport security asked him if he had a criminal record
To which he replied...... "Didn't know I still needed one"
