Lions are looking good & maybe they have finally arrived at Super Rugby level. If only CC wasn't a supporter I could bring myself to root for them in the SA conference

The joke is that the Kings get handed a free pass into Super Rugby on the strength of being the heartland of black players.
Most of the Kings side is made up of imports from anywhere but EP and how many xhosa' s are there in the side?

The latest joke is the EP Kings has been liquidated and is effectively bankrupt - they will be finally liquidated on 10 May 2016 if they have not paid the players contracted by them by then of which there is not a snowballs hope in hell.
They have now run to SARU and the Government to bail them out of their R100 million debt. Cheeky may get the necessary help from the Government - but for Gordhan spiking that one as fruitless Government expenditure. SARU already finances the EP Kings in Super Rugby - but that is because they were caught in a nasty political web by insisting on the inclusion of the EP Kings in the latter tournament.
The whole problem is a nasty case of mismanagement and looting of resources and the only solution for the EP Rugby in fact is to get rid of Watson and his crowd and put some professionals in charge of the management of the Union. With proper management they may get some sponsorships back - with the pr esent crowd that is impossible,
