 Irrespective of who gets the job it is going to be a very difficult position to fill.
Firstly the ANC masters are hell bent on getting Springbok caps for every black player who plays rugby in RSA.Secondly no SA coach is experienced enough to fill this position and satisfy all.Thirdly we need new blood and a person with a head on their shoulders and able to select skilled players and build these players up to a winning combo.
The only coach that can fill the second and third requirements is PLUMTREE.
The first one can never be met by any coach other than a stooge.

 I could get behind a Plumtree or Deans appointment, not Coetzee though.
