Lions beat Rebels

Did you see that blatant knock down missed by the ref and linesman. The guys are blind - and that being charitable. Could have cost the lions the match!
Whitely made 21 tackles. Faf was very good as well.

Whiteley definitely is captain courageous.

Lions evened things up when they got some possession and kept ball in hand. The forwards chimed in well in the back line with some great running rugby. Especially Whitley. Some good hard hits in this one. I still continue to be disillusioned with some of the past horizontal tackles that are penalised.  

Bravo Lions, at the start they were abysmal .... porous defence & a ridiculous offense leading to a yellow card, up against a team playing well . Somehow they turned the game around totally, capitalising on their superiority up front, wresting control from the Rebels & going on to a splendid, deserved victory.
