Lions side leaked
A few surprises there if that is indeed the team. Conor Murray has had a quiet tour so far but the stand-in captain being benched would be a surprise. Luke Cowan-Dickie ahead of Jamie George less of a shock but still unexpected.
I'm not sure if it is the real lions side, but should be pretty close the test team.
Some of the players are sure starters
I think he should have gone for Finn Russel, I think Johan Goosen showed how to unluck the bok defence and slice them open. So you need a flyhalf with pace, good running arc and acceleration.
But I think the Lions have the upper hand over the boks in this match

So only one one small difference from the leaked side and that's a 5-3 split on the bench with Liam Williams in the 23 rather than Iain Henderson. Good team.
Kingcorn, Finn Russell was the only squad member who was unavailble to Gatland because of injury.
Rumours circulating that Faletau, Vunipola and Aki broke protocol and were on the sauce till 6am.
Wonder where they got the "sauce"...it's verboten for us mere mortals to even touch the stuff these days .
Now lets get it clear - Biggar ahead of Farrell is a huge mistake. De Allende would love that selection - remember how he pushed Biggar out of the way to score the try in the WC semi-final.
He is the form flyhalf in the B&I outfit, if Finn Russell is not available
Farrell is hopelessly out of form, and he needs to take a break. It has been some time since he has shown any consistency in performances.
Thanks Saffex, I will check it out
The main surprise has to be the omission of Josh Adams.
Damian would like nothing more than a body to run into. Does he want a hug? Do you wish you were the one to give it to hin Lügies? Perhaps all Damian needs is a therapist to remedy his mediocre rugby.
He did score the important try in that match. No better a player than him in the center position. You normally miss everything you do not wat to see and then dream up make-believe stories to counter favorable comments. All you need is to understand a minor bit of rugby - anything beyond that is not possible in your case.
Dud Allende ran into Biggar which is his usual reflex action….and nobody was more surprised than Allende when he met no resistance.
Yes Bec's agreed. No one is scoring more test tries at the moment than Josh Adams. Having him on the pitch seems like a certain 5-7 points each match.
It seems that Gatland has a very clear game plan that he wants to follow against the Boks, and not necessarily selecting the best team.
Perhaps he wants a big winger against Kolbe who is the Bok dangerman.
The wing slot is very competitive for the Lions, with at least 4 test standard players.
Kolbe is the new Christian Cullen. Making long kicks that allow him to run onto the ball and counterattack is a try waiting to happen.
Gatland traditionally centres his gameplan on three big ball carriers. A tight, suffocating defence and an attack that batters and sucks in defenders with those jarring inside angled runs. It's a blueprint which has consistently caused the Boks problems for many, many years.
The great Lügnerin proposed we throw out wide often and early and offload at every opportunity. Funny. Predictable, but funny.
I oproposed nohing and definitelky not the gibberish/garbage/.shit you are spreading. .
Mozart - with reference to the Allende try against the Welsh in the semi - please stop writing Shit on site. You did not notice that three players tried to tackle - Biggar was just one of three and the try showed strength in carrying the ball.
I was in fact just laughing and put your excuse for why the try was scored blaming Biggar - having a real chuckle about what would come next. This is typical BS only you could come up with,.
Yes you did. In 2015, against Wales, you said to play the ball wide and offload a lot. You didn't understand the Wallaby test and how the great Welsh defence shutdown the best attack in world rugby. You deny this? You are yet again a liar.
