So just seen a match report and the penalty count was 20-1 to the refs team, didn't see the match so was the penalty count accurate?

I havent watched the game for a 2nd time but from memory the Rebels were quite happy to give away penalties in their 22.
There were multiple warnings for a team yellow and a lot of lineout/maul infringements.
20:1 does sound pretty suspect though.
