I can't believe Meyer still hasn't got his lock selections sorted , it's not too late but time is running out. His selection policy may be like France's , selections are still unclear even at the RWC itself.

Seb please dont be so insensitive. You will have Jw and co washed out with worry!
Not a bad side but Senatla long before Rhule!!!! Also watch out for Van Wyk. If these small speedsters fail he could come in.

Beeno, with Senatla it will be almost a perfect team...sorry I don't how he slipped my memory...an attacking front ,not grovelling...that must become Springbok tactics...it lifts the players momentum...we have got it and tons of it...a huge forward pack that should take the pressure off the halves to create a plan of attack...centres to slip past and offload without crashballing and bi-pass the impact and forward movement on the speedsters...the wings and second centres with fast loosies and the odd heavy weight that might do a bursting and opportunistic try...make creative game plans , practice them and change and keep them secret and never keep patterns but alternate. We have the goods to finish the job , lets get some brains to put it all into place...like the AB's...doesn't always work but most times... 9 times out of 10 is good enough for me.

PSDT didn't look great the time he was playing, but with an extended run? Who knows. We'll just have to wait and see what he produces. Matfield won't likely be bettered by him, though, he who outclassed every lock in last years Super XV and was rock solid all year for the Boks. W e'll have to wait and see, lets cross fingers he plays through the comp unscathed.

Sebastian, your idea for the backs is not how professional rugby programs are conducted! That just isn't attacking rugby. Add in Flip and Alberts and we have the power, but what are you really hoping to be put in place for the backs? Realistically? Do you understand what our weaknesses are? And what needs to be done to fix them?

Back, but for how long. This lad is fragile. The player we need as a third lock is Willemse. Matfield and Etzebeth select themselves.

Matfield selects himself - geez Moz you need to get a grip on things. Matfield is bloody useless these days.....a major reason the Boks failed this years was thanks to the lack of physicality from Matfield........a liability and more than anything, he has tarnished his reputation as a Bok great......I will now remember him for the liability he currently is.
We need not look further that Etzebeth, Willemse, PSDT and Lood....with a good few others closing in like Jean Kleyn, Jacques du Plessis and Lewies.

Seb your stats on PSDT are wrong......he weighed 118kg before his injury......its now common knowledge that he has spent the injury period bulking up so I suspect he i s 120kg + now
