Cape Town - French Top 14 giants Toulouse have reportedly set their sights on Springbok and Cheetahs fullback Willie le Roux.

The Rugby Time website reports that Toulouse are looking to sign the 25-year-old fullback after next year's Rugby World Cup.

Le Roux is contracted to the Cheetahs until November next year so would be in the market for the 2015/16 season.

According to the Rugby Transferts website, English club Saracens were also interested in signing Le Roux, as well as several Japanese teams.

Le Roux, who was one of the nominees for the 2014 IRB World Player of the Year, has played 25 Tests for the Springboks since making his debut in 2013.

The French Parasites are continuing to steal our best players. 

It is a pity the Sharks cant sign him. We need a quality play maker in the backline. 
Nowdays the Sharks are just signing cheap rejects from the English club levels. Often players from SA that were never good enough to even be SuperXV level.
Fat Stevens, Mouretz Botha and now the New Zealand wing who never made it in New Zealand.
Fat Stevens spent most of the Curry Cup match huffing and puffing on the bench. He is nowhere near fit enough for SuperX
