Looks like RG has scored. Italians mucking up another kick by the Boks, RG picks up the wayward pass inside.

I was hoping for a much more clinical showing Crusadersfan, this has all been a bit hodge podge.

Mostert dispossessed in the tackle, not doing himself any favors.

Marx scores at the death. Great win for the Bokke although the game was a bit spoiled by the red card and the uncontested scrums.

Lots of basic handing errors that destroyed attacking movements. Need to be a bit more patient and clinical.

Cheslin man if the match. Great effort.

Nobody played too badly. Steph again was outstanding. Work rate amazing.

Cheslin says injury not serious.

Marx was much better game. Even Frans looked motivated!

Schalk Burger is showing he is a fine rugby brain and adds value to the Supersport team.

Nice to see 3 offloads from Damian as well. Let's hope it's a good omen.

I had a jerky feed all game long but as I said higher up, we didn't look as clinical as I would have hoped,  kicked too much (47 kicks! That may well beat any number from the Meyer era) and the Romans on their turn looked hopeless, no answer to the rush defense and overwhelmed physically, not forgetting of course that they played with only 14 for a half.

The Italians worked a plan regarding the scrum. Had the scrum continued they still would have lost big.

Agree to many kicks. Notice that many teams are kicking a lot. Slippery ball.

@Pakie, Is Damien Delande now the omen?  Damien Thorn Delande.

Easy win against a 14 man, Six Nations bottom feeder.....nothing new. England beat them 57 to14.

Nothing new - a much higher score than SA under Meyer ever achieved as coach.  When are you going to wake up to facts for a change - Strzok?

Sure the Boks won the game but the the quarters, semis are still ahead and I have reservations on the games ahead.

Not the Canadian game to be clear.

Poofter getting all excited...my guess is this team is the Eraser master plan. I still saw only Vermeulen on the deck and toothless center play with Cadillac ball.

Glad Vermulen wasn't injured, that was a senseless and very dangerous "tackle" by Italy. Thanks for ensuring the ABs are top of their group
In the backs, Le Roux was useless as was De Allande, only Kolbe had a very good game. Pollard was merely solid.

The Boks have a very simple game, simple in execution, simple to diffuse. Once the bomb diffusers snuff their main weapon of attack they'll be exposed for being tactically bankrupt.
