1 point game, the conversion wouldn't have made and difference as it will take a try to win or two penalties.

As expected a very close & exciting game - went down to the last seconds as it often does. Barnes did ok also.

sorry to burst your bubble but that penalty took away from the game - Jean asked for it and so did the crowd. Burger fell into Messams shoulder and penalty SOFT

Abs should have got a yellow. Shcking really.
Duane got it.
Only down side was a bit of a fade until the abs got ahead and then the B oks woke up again.Meyer needs now to invest in youth. Let the older guys sit on the bench.
Any arguments re Duane being the best number 8 in world rugby?
Schalk was also very good. Coetzee worked very hard.Hougaard and Pollard outplayed Aaron and Beau.

Of course we all now realise the shatfting of the Boks against Oz cost us another RC!
Naas thinks Pollard should have been on for longer.

Handre Pollard
Pollard should have been on for longer and he should of got MOTM as he made a try saving tackl on Savea down the wing and scored two tries. Vermeulen was a behemoth also. Jan Serfontein was amazing.

Hats off to the NH refs. Man how nice no bias or bent reffing. No yellows although that one on Schalk was bad.
Mweyer however must realise our side needs renewing.  Boks can gets a lot better.
Huge change in approach to game as commentators are saying. Kicking game was not working. How long did that take to realise. More offloa ds etc. More than abs.

Beeno: I admire your restraint -- so far, lol
But on which team was in better condition, listen to the SA commentators. Towards the end they said the ABs seem to be getting stronger & the Boks weaker (or words to the effect). Your mate Ceradyne will pull up the sound track for you

Well now both sides (and fans) will be rejuvenated.
Bok fans have something to be proud of and excited about; ABs and fans will be more determined than ever & coaches will continue to evolve the game; fans world-wide will feel tense when these two teams play them & when they play each other. Rugby is alive and well!!
ABs also gave another set of players experience in the toughest of environments (Ellis park) so they will only get better.  Fekitoa looked good in his line breaks & had some good defensive tackles. I will have to see the game again to be sure. ABs seem to start slow with errors in handling. Kev looked like his old self - good for him & for Coles to see how it is done by an old pro.
What will CleverMike, Moz, & Saf f f ex say about this game - how could we possibly predict?
