This is like the 2011 Bryce Lawrence match...witout the bad ref...how did we lose this?
Mighty Stormers versus hapless Brumbies
Imagine if the Stormers lose by 2 after turning down at least 8 kickable penalties in the Brommies 22.
Never seen a game thrown away like thi s. Well done Brumbies on defence.
Toothless Stormers, well done Brommies.
Maybe next time we take the easy points, ne?
Congrats Brumbies...hard luck Stormers, too complacent for no reason
Too many wings spoil the broth, as they say.
Just imagine if Pocock played today.
We have so few players that are effective at the ruck. Too many ball carriers destroy the broth.
Without quick ball - our backs don't have the passing or offloading game to get, so we need lots of space or counter-attack opportunities to get the outside backs into the game
Stephanie enjoys playing on the wing, more and more.
Rassie needs to sound the alarms, and pick a back row that can compete on the deck. Kolisi is a charity case, that just plays his own game.
Horse manure Shark, We dif not convert our opportunities... Stotmrrs was the best team, but we lost...yhe Sharks werd outplayed in almost all facets and lost too...no comparison ..Stormers competed well on the deck...their possession is testament to that...our backs are worthless/toothless. Stander fell flat at 10. I'm sure Kleintjie Carel would have done more with all that ball...or Willemse....
Sharks also dominated possession and territory Draad, 58% / 60%. Completely dominated the second half with 66% / 70%.
I think the stormers need recomnsider their team and if I was Fleck I would call up Jordan Twait from the Maties to play at flyhalf. Stander is as bad as Robert du Preez is at flyhalf..
The story of not been competitive at rucks is dreamed up BS> No team will have 69% possession without being competitive at rucks.
The problem has nothing to do with the forwards - everything to do with toothless backline players. De Allende was sorely missed.
As to the forwards the more I see of Wiese the more I him he is a very good lock.
I have a problem with Wilco Louw at prop - to my mind not fit and not up to standard.

If you want to discuss rugby - please keep to facts - BS spread by you on site does not help at all. You started off with BS about the team not be competitive at breakdowns and that was proven to be BS. And Leave out Du Toit out of discussion because you are making a fool of yourself,
Just one point there was no penetration by the backline players - just tackled and often enouh tackled back. There were outside of flyhalf only 4 line breaks by backline players with 69% ball possession. What does it show - it shows the backline was ineffective,
The backs were the big problem. They had zero creativity. Stormers had huge territory and possession but couldn't score apart from the two forward tries.
Backs had tons of possession but couldn't do anything with it.
It is VERY obvious where the biggest problem lay - an ineffective backline.
I do hope CC and Draad can see how useless Wilco is! Always pay close attention to Beeno
Steph had a great game. Huge effort. MOM stuff.
Stephanie was a one-dimensional ball carrier that never made it over the advantage line. He was to go to ball carrier, but the opposition had him covered.
Doubtless the offload of the forwards could improve but their job is to give good go forward ball to the backs which they did and by winning the forward battle hands down they camped in the Brumbies 22.
The big problem was the backs could only offer individualism. Eg the Jantjes breaks. They had no idea how to breakdown a defence.

So the blame for the loss is due to Du Toit - who played on the wing and hogged the ball at the same time. That is the stuff B S are made from. Try again. LOL - LMAO
So Du Toit hogged the ball playing om the wing _ you made those stupid comments and now you have shied away from it, You really are farcical. LMAO.
Mike, stop taking the bait!
The backs got plenty of ball near the Brums try line.
The forwards also but they at least scored two tries.
