reportedly out for 12 months.
Multiple ligament injuries of the knee including the ACL, LCL and PCL

One sounds bad enough- but to have all three sounds even w orse  He must have done the ligament- and then rolled it again the tackle to do so much damage. (My diagnosis).
The commentators both mentioned as it happened it looked serious.

He is a good playmaker. Like most of the Lions backline his defence is suspect, but on the attack, he has awareness and a good pass and step and knows how to exploit space.

SB  - Are you referring to the very average to poor Mnisi?   He is a definite quota selection - the Lions center pairing should be Van Rensburg and Vorster.
Sorry about the injury though.

Mnisi is the correct name. I think he is a decent player. Not a very fast running- but pretty effective.

Vorster is definitely a better player than Mnisi (and the Lions also have Stokkies Hanekom) but this probably means they'll have to fill a quota somewhere else . . . so it's still bad news, even if the Lions have good depth at centre.
