Ode to Dud Allende

He  wandered lonely as a cloud

That floats on high oer vales and hills

When all at once he heard the crowd

Moaning as though through fish’s gills

T’was his opponent he suddenly knew

That shadow that passed him by

Bundi Aki had turned the screw

And  he had conceded yet another try

The contents of a private spank bang become influences in society. As we have learned in the West, subservience to LGBT et al ends civilizations. Ende.

Considering the avenues this board explores Surely, poetry is a most harmless cause Rooi's apparently a prosing snob Yet, remains one rhyme away from a hopeless sob

". . . oh wait you didn’t know it was Wordsworth?"
"Was" being the operative word . . .

No…the operative words are ‘didn’t know’. Look up  ‘The Daffodils”.

There, now you are just a little better schooled.

Not saying it wasn't a Wordsworth poem before you butchered it.

Here's a chat GPT poem... In a world where perception often reigns supreme, Lived a man named Allende, a fascinating theme. No skill had he, no talent to display, Yet convinced the world in a peculiar way. Much like the emperor with "clothes" unseen, Allende wore his confidence, a deceptive sheen. With words and gestures, he'd weave a grand tale, A narrative so captivating, it would often prevail. No tangible expertise, no mastery to wield, But his charisma and charm, they became his shield. He moved through life, a master of persuasion, Convincing all he met, without true foundation. In the mirror of society, he'd pose and preen, Allende, the man with no skill, yet unseen. A reminder that perception, like the emperor's attire, Can cloak the truth, ignite a world's desire.

Nonsense the rhyme is consistent, the meter is perfect….it flows off the page and it captures the man, confused by any defensive complexity

I doubt you knew it was  based on a Wordsworth poem Until I schooled you.

Chat has  some good stuff there:

‘He moved through life a master of persuasion’
