" Someone who consistently insults others in such a manner over an internet forum might indeed have personal issues or be experiencing significant emotional distress. Such behavior could stem from feelings of insecurity, frustration, or a need for attention or power. Psychologically, it might indicate underlying issues with self-esteem, anger management, or difficulties in social interactions. Describing someone like that, you could say they appear to be struggling with their own emotions and projecting them onto others in an unhealthy and hurtful way. "

Here you knob help yourself: " To feel better and treat others with respect, someone exhibiting such behavior might benefit from the following forms of help: 1. **Therapy or Counseling**: Engaging with a mental health professional can help address underlying issues such as low self-esteem, anger management problems, or emotional distress. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is particularly effective in changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. 2. **Anger Management Programs**: These programs can provide strategies to manage anger and frustration in healthier ways, reducing the tendency to lash out at others. 3. **Support Groups**: Joining support groups can offer a sense of community and understanding from others who might be experiencing similar challenges. 4. **Personal Development**: Engaging in activities that build self-esteem and self-worth, such as learning new skills, setting and achieving personal goals, or pursuing hobbies and interests. 5. **Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Techniques**: Practices such as meditation, yoga, and deep breathing exercises can help manage stress and improve emotional regulation. 6. **Healthy Communication Skills**: Learning and practicing assertive communication can help express needs and emotions in a respectful and constructive manner. 7. **Positive Social Interactions**: Encouraging and engaging in positive, respectful interactions can help reinforce healthier behavior patterns. Overall, the goal is to help the individual understand and manage their emotions better, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and improve their interpersonal skills. "

None of the Mostert issues quoted was in respect of his performances on franchise level in Soper Rugby and not on test Rugby level.  It in fact refers to performanmcess of Mostert on Super rugby level  and nothing  about it refers to  his prformances on test level when it was written in 2016,

Mozart does no realize that playing test rugby is a huge step up for performaces playing  Super Rugby level and is totally blind to that fact.   His limitation on test rugby level is way below what it  was on Super Rugby level.

Because he is lightweight he can be easily lifted up highger than would happen to real locks jumping in line-outs.    What happened after jumnping is also important.  and myths like that Mostert is a good effective  tackler on test level is not in evidence since he is not an effective tackler,    In fact on Super Rugby levcel De jager in thed period 2013 to 2015 was always a better lock than Mostert was. as proven in him being  in the  Spring bo WC squad n 2015 - where he ahd to play in everfy est because of the fact that Matfield was injured and even amnaged to bugger up in the semi as he was  a total  flop.

In any event - I trhink De Jager and Willemse will be back for the Champions Cup test matches starting in August and  so  the Estehuizen and Mostert pipe dreams of some members will stop.  EVsterhu, izen was only in t he presen squad since Willemse was no available.due to injury and thre same applies to Mostert as well.  .      .          .

Just watched a replay of Cunningham's performance against the ABs. That oak is a demon. He's gonna be something else when he hits his prime. Agile, massive, strong and seems to make good choices. Finally, a forward from another country that I wouldn't mind seeing play for Boks. ...I knew it would happen one day ;)

I thought he was English but just schooled in NZ? I mean he doesn't look like an Islander but rather like a mixed race English chap. His surname is Cunningham...not Tafikimanititi after all.
