Mostert needs to get in the gym and gain 10kgs of muscle. Not that hard to do when you're 2m tall.
Then would he be physical enough?
Anyway, a common thread that I'm seeing develope is that a lot of people are directly or indirectly given support the to the Dups brothers.
Gotta say, I'm right on board with those sentiments.

Mostert is a physical liability as is Whitely and the sooner Rassie wakes up to this fact the better for the Boks.
Mostert has plenty of heart and energy, I give him that but there is limited productivity. He runs hard at the opposition but makes no impression, he effects nice low tackles like a back but do you ever see him smash a player like a lock should?
The only position Mostert should be playing is 7 but certainly not ahead of the likes of JL du Preez, Jacques du Plessis or Ackerman who are all able to physically impose themselves. Something lightweight Mostert can only dream of doing. The guy has no meat on him - nice little provincial player.
Etzebeth, Willemse, PSDT, Lood, RG, Jenkins, Botha, Schickerling, Kleyn and Erasmus are all better lock options - 10 better lock options than Mostert

You might as well give up - Mozart for years no has been criticizing Du Toit based entirely on his own prejudice against the player. He has constantly attacked Du Toit since came to the fore in 2013 - and ultimately because Mozart was in support of Bakkies Botha and Later on Matfield as Springbok locks.
His man targets then were De Jager and Du Toit. It went so far as for AO to claim that Matfield performed better than De Jager in the 2015 WC - which was obvious and perfect BS supported by Mozart.
The latest love affairs of the two desperado's are now Mostert and Francois Louw. There pet hate campaign continues to be against Marcel Coetzee. It is disheartening to note that there praise songs and degrading of players are not based at all on performance - but on pet hatred of players representing threats to the selection chances of Bakkies and Matfield even though the latter two has been out of contention for years.
