down on us as the clock strikes 12 midday. It's a warm not a hot day with not a cloud in the sky and a gentle breeze stirring the tops of trees just to cool things down.


By all accounts a perfect day and we thank Mother nature.

Hi Denny: light snow here in Columbus Ohio   I guess it's Boxing Day in SH already, we have yet to open our prezzie a here in the NH - no or if the lazy blighters are awake here, lol

 Erm, JW, I suppose you meant WH and EH. NH and SH both have time zones staggered across the globe.  Anyway,  enjoy your white Christmas, hot, overcast and windy here in Cape Town. Actually glad for the breeze and the odd raindrop, else it might have been too hot.

I remember growing up in NZ & going to he beech on Christmas Day  funnily enough we sang songs about riding through the snow & never thought anything was amiss , lol
