Agreed if Mostert is to feature it should only be at 7

Mozart

Even the heading showed prejudice and resultant BS.   Lets explain the players name is not Stephanie as used by you - a name you used for a long time as an apparent insult of the player.

Really you are too stupid to deny it.

Well my view is Mostert is our Juan Smith.....and Stephanie should compete with Lomp and Snyman for 5. My pick would be Snyman the superior athlete. For the WC I wouldn't bet against: Kitshoff, Marx, Wilco, Etzebeth, Snyman, Mostert, van Staden, Vermeulen. ..Beast, Bongi, Malherbe, Stephanie, Whiteley.

Mozart

Normal madness - you suddenly find a reason  to take one match as a norm to make prejudiced comments as to selection.   In all other matches this year Mostert was not better than Du Toit at 7.

It really is weird -  Erasmus asked the lions and the Stormers to play Mostert and DuToit at 7 in the Super Rugby season.  Mostert never really made the grade in that position - Du Toit did.

Based on that experience Erasmus decided to play Du Toit at 7 in a number of test matches,  He made the grade,  Mostert never played at 7 in any of the test matches and now suddenly the one match gave you an opening to claim that Mostert will out-perform Du Toit as a 7 - where he never played at test level.

Player hatred leads to weird assumptions - not so?

Actually your logic is rather screwed up. Stephanie started at lock against Wales....and then du Preez was preferred to him in the first Pom test. Since then he was chosen at flank again, then at lock in the first Bargie test. The lineouts in that test were so poor.....Marx was not on the same wave length as Stephanie....that Mostert was quickly back at 5. And Stephanie was back on the bench, as a flank. And finally as a flank starter against Oz. So far from Stephanie establishing himself as a flank in SuperRugby. Rassie has gone back and forth between lock and flank. Flank seems to be his best shot, there are better locks and rather weak flank competition.....but somewhere in the not too distant future his slow lateral movement is going to cost us.

Mozart, on a lighter note what is a Mozcroscope, what does it look like and explain how it works...it seems a very dicey and complicated instrument and it appears that it sees things that the human eye cannot....Bahahahahahahaha...maybe you should sell them on this forum...haha

The Mozart aka Mrs Bennett hysteria came out with his latest statement implying that Du Toit is to blame for the missed catch by Louw in the AB test.  That represents his normal attacks on Du Toit by Mozart and OA aka Lydia Bennett.  Silly and inaccurate as well.

My suggestion to the two are that they should stop hate campaigns and make sure what they write are not hysteric BS based on prejudice and hatred of players.

Totals adjusted up for the Mostert dummy run which created our first try.....plus 3. That makes the totals Mostert 36 to Stephanie's 18. Apologies for missing this key play. Double the effective output ....credit to Rassie for seeing the value of this player, while dumb SA fans are agonizing about him being too small.

Steph makes more mistakes. His fringe defence alone has popped up as an issue in every test. His mobility is suspect at times and bite too easily when rushing out of the line, which has been exploited.

This thread is the normal prejudiced BS Mozart thrives in - the biggest fool who ever featured on this site,   He is a coward too and h avoided a thread where further BS about his attack on Willemse was exposed.

Nope it's totally factual....a simple minute by minute report of facts.....scored according to an openly shared score card. Couldn't be more honest. Those like Mike who hysterically attacked it from the start, haven't even read it!

Here's the calling card of the dishonest and ignorant: they'll attack you rather than form a retort.

Bullshit, when PSDT takes contact he moves through the tackle creating forward momentum, something Mostert can’t do. PSDT is able to effect big physical hits, something Mostert can’t do. Therein lies the difference - purely a physical thing

I'll agree with you there, Steph is one of our two strongest carriers.

Against NZ .....Mostert 6 runs/14 metres.....Etzebeth 10 runs/12 metres. So is Etzebeth not physical enough to make metres? Stephanie is no more physical in contact than Mostert....he just spends a whole lot more time in space. As on Saturday. When his big run was effectively on the right wing......and a few minutes later the Smith try came from a break round Stephanie's blindside while he swanning at outside centre. So how did Stephanie do last time at lock....when he wasn't swanning in the backline.....10 runs/14 metres. There was no difference in the quality of contact recorded in the mozcroscope.....that's pre conceived bias.

Mostert plays a lot looser than Etzebeth, Eben takes more contact and makes an impression unlike average Mostert Absolute bullshit that Steph is not more physical in contact than Mostert - it’s not even close. Steph like Eben always makes metres in contact, Mostert never or seldom does and that’s a fact

Not a statistically proven fact....just an impression on your part. Most of Steph's metres come from his penchant to hang about in the backline. Frankly he isn't very physical at all....as Koch's support at the end of the game he was bumped off his feet, pulled Koch down and watched from his back as Savea poached the ball he was supposed to protect. Game NZ.
