Can anybody doubt that the Barmy Army is one of the great institutions in sports, when they find 'Ben the two of us need look no more' as a way to serenade their talismanic all rounder. How much fun to stand there beer in hand and belt out the songs. It's probably worth 50 runs an innings.
Speaking of Stokes, is there a better all rounder in the game today? The man is a competitor.

Ben Stokes is a great allrounder....the best there is by some distance. I think he brings a lot of energy and excitement to the game whether with ball or bat.

Speaking of the Barmy Army, I was at the Centurion Rugby Club next to Supersport park after the game yesterday. I bumped into some of the Barmy Army soldiers there and joined them for a post match drink. What an awesome bunch! Singing, laughing, drinking! Good fun!

Bunch of empty heads who belong at an American baseball game. Hearing their attention seeking hollering all day is a pain.

" Good fun!"...besides being good for the economy.

One of them pointed out that a great steak at an upper class restaurant in Centurion cost him just 6 pounds! He was pretty stoked by that...and pretty drunk compliments of the cost of our booze!!!

Indeed Moz.
The best one I've seen was when they were in NZ. Jessie Ryder had been in the papers for going out drinking during a test match.
When he came on to bat they all sang...to the tune of "Why ooooooh Whhhhhhy Delilah"
"Why ooooooh whhhy Jessie Ryder"
Cracked menus.

Funny stuff Plum. I have always enjoyed singing with a bunch of mates, I envy these blokes and lassies.
