Oh dear were you looking for an essay on the subject of BB leaving. This fits the bill. A long, boring diatribe, which diverts into a thinly veiled attack on me. One would guess from that you are still hurting from the vote I called when you demanded my departure. Rejected by the vast majority of posters, you still can't help but refer to it. Shame.
As for this pathetic piece, you predictably divert into "a beg you to stay" avenue. How many times haven't we come across this logic. BB is making an exit, if that's what he wants who cares.
And now you are onto another one of your boring attacks on a poster with the usual sneering language.
Here's one for you.....defeat of the year......you are my top candidate. Bwaaaaaahahahahaaaaaaaa!

RE: Mods, administratorsDecember 18, 2014, 14:16:15 Biltongbek, first off let me say that I enjoy your posts. You're obviously passionate about rugby and you're one of a very small minority of posters who actually brings something to the table instead of just criticising what other people say.
Secondly, you're right about the tiresome mudslinging nature of this board. It does tend to become petty and childish but you've been here long enough to know that this is mainly due to one pompous ass who demands the right to say the most disgraceful, slanderous and defamatory things about his fellow posters but gets all whimpering and self-righteous when people give it back to him. Normally I'd advise you to ignore this pompous old windbag (as I do) but as you've probably noticed, he has an army of Servile Gimps who encourage his disgusting behaviour and pander to his ego by kissing his arse in the most obsequious and fawning manner . . . so it's not always easy to speak out . . . but you can simply stay out of these squabbles as you have done so far in a mature and dignified fashion.
Okay, now that I've got that out of the way, I have to ask, what is the purpose of this post of yours? No-one has to remove your login (or "membership") for you to leave. If you're sick of the childish and spiteful nature of this board then just go. The fact that you felt the need to put up this rather whiny post and advertise the fact that you're leaving makes me wonder if you're not just looking for some attention . . . almost as if to say that if enough of us beg you to stay then you'll honour us with your presence for a while longer. Forgive me if that was not your intention but it's sure looking that way.
I really hope you stick around to talk rugby but if you choose to go then just go, don't hang around justifying your reasons for going and pontificating about how we should all behave . . . because all you're doing is tarnishing the very good first impression you made here.
PS Also, bear in mind that this is the off season and there's not a whole lot of rugby happening. Why don't you give it a break and then come back for the Six Nations and the Super 15 and you might find there's a lot less petty squabbling and a lot more rugby discussion.
