I watched the game today and when their was no passing of the ball beyond the inside center in 50 minutes I just turned off the TV.   This lot might as well be coached by Meyer with the active support of Mozart.  Kick ball possession away - pass balls back to forwards  that was 95% of what happened.  What a farce!!!!!!!

Playing in the mudbath is hard to be expansive. Only New Zealand can be expensive in such conditions.
I just don't understand why the pitches are not made like the football fields, or have roofs or use artificial turf etc etc
The main reason the Northen Hemisphere probably lag behind is because they play most of the time in a mudbath instead of solid pitches.

A good excuse - but the whole thing seems to be a systematic approach to play a very limited format of rugby.   This format is inadequate - as was proved last year in the WC held in England.
Why did it not happen in the earlier game between France and Italy - but it happened in the Murrayfield game?
