Power team of the week, Link to article
The Brumbies really stand out as the top team IMO. Lions looked good but not sure they are in the same class. Saders looked good for so early in the season. Time will tell, it's early days yet.

Interesting - the guy puts some of the winning teams below some of the losers in his assessment.  However, one would assume that it is early in the competition and some teams have had poor opponents.
I would definitely have put the Lions ahead of the Crusaders in this case.  In the situation I would say that in Round 1 the Chiefs beat the Crusaders - a week later the Chiefs got beaten by the Lions.
That puts the Lions a step up ahead of the Crusaders.
The Highlanders- Hurricanes game was a poor game performance by both sides.  I have serious doubts about the Highlanders side's chances against the Lions in Round 3 - they have serious deficiencies up front and to put the Hurricanes ahead of the Bulls after their disgrace against the Brumbies is actually a bit funny.

The saders Lions game will be a good bench mark cleverMike. Saders still have some weaknesses in the backs which Nadalo is compensating for. I think saders will get a few players back soon & that will help. I know you don't think much of Crotty and Dagg but they will make a big positive difference to the Saders.
As of week now, I pick Brumbies first followed by saders, Lions and then landers.

I never said that I do not rate Dagg - but although he is not as good as he was in 2012 - he is still a good full back.  Not on par with Ben Smith - but still dangerous when he gets balls in space.
I rate Crotty as a journeyman - a competent center, but not a house on fire.  Would never say he is on par with with Fekitoa and a number of other players in Super 15.
I do not rate the Highlanders after their loss against the Blues and the very average game they played against the Hurricanes - who was trashed by the Brumbies in Round 1.  Would not put them in the top 6 teams this year either,
We will get some clarity in Round 3 when the Highlanders meet the Lions at home.  Their forwards will suffer - but the Lions lost both their centers and that may help the Highlanders.
