Watched that final between Fiji and Oz. Kite surfers dream. Funniest was the boomerang drop-out. Never seen wind affect a game that much. Moz was saying how poor the forward pass from Cooper was...though it was obviously the ridiculous amount of wind that caused the C0ckup. No excuse for dropping the ball on the line though :/

Hey Plum I just watched the 7s again while I was on the elliptical. Seriously Cooper gave the Blitsbokke the game with a high tackle and a yellow. Which they then gave back with zero on the clock and a pass into touch and their own high tackle.
Then in the final he was gassed for the first try....wildly fly kicked at the ball and missed for the second Fiji try, dropped the ball for the third Fiji try....and that pass was forward wind or no wind....it went straight forward out of his hands, and from 2 metres outside the 22, ended 3 metres inside the 22.
You are a generous fellow but I doubt Pooper's Aussie colleagues felt the same way.

Why can't the Cooper brigade just front up and tell what exactly he's done to warrant their opinion of him? It's certainly not the same opinion of the Ozzie rugby public or that of the local coaches at both national and franchise level .

Denny, we also strategically exported some coaches to SA, would you like another?
Or perhaps you would like one of our refs?

Yep it was hardly a brain drain from NZ to RSA. But the pesky question remains....were there any brains to be drained?

Well based on your ass-essment of Rooi, CleverMike, Beeno & a few other SA posters any kiwi imports into SA would have increased the brain power substantially.

Well....hahaha....talk about setting a low bar, although I would exempt HasBeen from that comment.

South Africa has no worries in the brains department we have more clever people than NZ, unfortunately we have more fools too.

Mozart, yes it is best if we don't comment on wee Beeno. One must consider him in a "special category" & out of consideration for the less fortunate it is best to exempt them
