As long as the black man has a chip on his shoulder, it'll remain. Most
of them cannot compete otherwise. Not in business ... not in sport ...
not in anything.
That ship has long sailed away.
SA rugby is a specific case: has yet to developp one decent non white player.
Other countries are not in the same bag.
Only in SA.
