Not sure if this is the same source Ceradunce is quoting from but here is a story from Planet Rugby regarding van Graan replacing Rassie at Munster.

Ou Dr Mozzzzzzzz has been embarrassed by Rassi's success many times and has simply doubled down on his weird take on Rassie. Believe a CA like Cobus Visagie  or even Beeno  - the one who knows! Sigh!

Rassie is a staff man....interested in the idea, not the implementation.....and I have never heard one Rassie idea that strikes me as novel.
