 Here the comment about natural talent but work ethic is poor. That's part of coaching problem.
We need Venter, Rassie, Jake and Mallet to get in there and try and salvage something and see if they can stop the ship from sinking.

 It's been decades SA rugby fell behind. The gap keeps appearing wider and wider because others have not mismanaged their resources as badly as SA and professionalism gives more means.


 It is over, the resources to mount a come back are no longer there. All these guys would be well advised to find a job abroad and start funnelling wealth from their new place to SA, in a reverse pattern to the one  set up earlier.
