Carter was cleared of the charge a couple of weeks after so not sure what the beef here is.

Just where do you draw the line? I think a lot of this "catching" players is just "silly-buggers" - Someone playing a very dirty game. Targeting players and trying to manipulate the selection and outcome of games - big money is at stake and very unscrupulous people are at play here.Yes, there are the deliberate cheats, but I think more than 80% of these "caught" players are nonsense. I cannot believe that any rugby player will knowingly put his career at risk. These guys know they are going to be tested at any time so why risk? Their biggest "sin" is trusting the buggers who are supposed to look-out for them.
