1. Which father and son combination have played the most tests for the Springboks?

2. How many players have scored a hat trick against the Springboks?

3. What is the Springboks highest ever winning margin in a test match?

4. Which Springbok had the longest gap between test match appearances ?

5. Which school has provided the most Springboks?

Put up your answers and I'll tell you how many you got right out of 5 until someone gets all 5 right.

3) 101 points
4) Saffex....14 years.
5) The School Saffex went to, of course

No, but then again, Baboon-ou wouldn't cope with a Fisher-Price toy.

Yes, Grey Bloem are catching up fast but Paul Roos still has the most Springboks (51).

No-one's got the father-son combo question right or the Springboks highest ever score.

No, Schalk snr and Skulk played 81 tests between them, Flip and Flippie played 41 tests and the Bekkers played 31 (same as Moaner and Wickus van Heerden).

You'll kick yourself.

Chippo has 4 right.

Only the father-son question no-one has got yet . . . and you're all going to kick yourselves because it's not that difficult.

Edit: Correction, strictly speaking Chippo hasn't got the margin right but he has the right score. The Springboks beat Uruguay 134-3 in 2005 so the winning margin is actually 131. (That was the game when Tonderai Chavhanga scored 6 tries).

I withdraw because I just could not withstand the luxury to ask uncle Google. Without his help I knew only the Paul Roos Gym and Sonnekus answers (the last one was a guess because Os also had a long layoff).

Nice trivia though.

becs, I know I said it was a date but I'm sure by now you know Baboon-ou well enough to know that it won't be so much a date as it'll be an evening of you baby-sitting the little chap.

Don't let him anywhere near electricity unsupervised and whatever you do, don 't let him post on this forum after his beddy byes.

Rooinek.....Beeno has spurned me, but the good news is that Saffex has kindly offered his services instead
He has given me an inkling of what he has in store for me....let's just say I will be lucky to stay the course, but I'm looking forward to giving it a go
A good result all round, I think....so glad I entered

Total travesty that RP played 80 tests!!! More than Burger. I think one should at least play one half of rugga match to have it count as a test. Differentiate between tests and caps.
