My point was this...
It's quite obvious that people will behave differently when there are no consequences.
What would be really intriguing would be if people behaved exactly the same even when there were no consequences.
IE If you could drive your car at 220km/h without any chance of injury or death to yourself or others, yet you insist on keeping to the speed limit. That would be be weird.
