As useless as they come.......so now we have our Matfield in the cricket side......Cook to debut aged 33, what a joke.

I read he has been released to play provincial cricket much like the unlucky v/Zyl and unimpressive Viljoen.

Cook's hundred today must certainly have been a little bittersweet for him. I bet he wishes he could have gotten his shot 7 years ago. But then, Smith, Mckenzie, Prince and Pietersen have been opening the batting until recently, so there wasn't really a spot for him. Hopefully he'll at least be able.to help steady the ship for a year or so. But yeah, Rossouw needs to get in the side. I'm befuddled as to how he never got a game in this series. Fans gone though, for now. So that's something.
